Is your jewelry sustainable?

Our jewelry is made with clean and low-impact materials as much as possible. Many of our pieces are also handmade in-house by dedicated team in New York allowing us to reduce any unnecessary waste. As a small business we don’t have all the resources to oversee the whole supply chain, but we do everything in our power to work with companies that use recycle materials and treat their workers fairly.

Is your packaging sustainable?

We believe that less is more. Our packaging is reduced to the essentials, limiting our plastic use to the most minimum, utilizing reusable packaging like our Valentina jewelry pouch and our compostable mailing satchels that are 100% biodegradable, compostable and represents a 60% reduction in CO2 emissions in manufacturing when compared to traditional plastic.

It says my order was delivered but I didn't received it?

We sometimes see that a package will be scanned as "delivered"  through USPS though this isn't always the case. This is especially common during high volume, holiday shipping seasons. We recommend allowing 24-48 hours to account for potential internal delays. Additionally, we ask that you double-check with neighbors, housemates, or in any delivery areas around your home or porch where the package may have been left. If you still aren't able to locate your package please reach out to us within 24-48 hours after the package is marked delivered, email us at hello@valentinanewyork.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages through USPS.

I ordered the wrong ring size, can I exchange it for the right one?

At the moment Valentina jewelry does not offer exchanges, just returns. If you order the wrong ring size you can return the wrong size ring and buy the item again. if you have questions or concerns please reach out at hello@valentinanewyork.com we'll be more than happy to help.

Can I return an item?

Yes! we allow returns within 30 days of receiving the package, as long as the item is not damage and on its original packaging. If you wish to make a return please send us an email at hello@valentinanewyork.com with the subject "Return" and your purchase information.

What's your shipping policy?

All Valentina products are shipped from the United States. The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. We ship Monday - Friday (business days).
Delivery time within the United States is within 2 weeks of placing the order, for internationally orders 10-25 business days. Please keep in mind that this time may vary during holidays and because of Covid-19.

When will I receive my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping couriers need 24-48 hours to process an order prior to tracking.

Does Valentina Jewelry Ship on Holiday?

We do not ship on these Federal holidays: Martin Luther King Jr., Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Day. We will ship those orders on the following business day!

I bought an item from Valentina Jewelry and then the item went on sale. Can I get a price Adjustment?

No, Valentina Jewelry does not offer price adjustments for pieces that were not purchased during a promotional sale period. 

Is my payment information safe?

We're here to assure you that your credit card information is safe when you're ordering from Valentina Jewelry. Our website incorporates Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") for all financial transactions. The SSL certificate applies the encryption described above to all website activity, including page and form submissions, financial transactions, and so on. This prevents data theft or other such attacks.

COVID-19

We are strictly following the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, taking extra precautions and disinfecting all workstations, materials and finished products while making them and before shipping them.
