Shipping & Returns
All Valentina products are shipped from the United States, Monday to Friday (business days); we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Within the United States: Shipping time is typically 2-5 business days from the order placement date. We provide tracking information for all orders. We offer tracking information for orders within the United States.
International Orders: Please allow 7-25 business days for delivery. Keep in mind that this time may vary, especially during holidays.
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
- Free international shipping on orders over $150.
During high-volume shipping periods and holidays, please allow additional time for your order to be processed before shipping. While we strive to meet standard delivery times, please be aware that shipping delays may occur during peak seasons or unexpected events. We appreciate your patience.

Is your order not what you expected? If for any reason you wish to return any of your items, you can do so within 30 days after your package has been delivered.
There are two return options:
First option is by creating and login into your account.
Second option is sending us an email, for this please follow the steps below:
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our contact page at valentinanewyork.com to initiate the return process.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
- Sale items are excluded from return
Special Return Policy for Earrings
Due to hygiene and health concerns, we generally do not accept returns for earrings. However, exceptions are made under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Upon Arrival: If your earrings arrive defective or damaged, we will gladly accept a return or offer an exchange or refund.
- Incorrect Item: If you received an item different from what you ordered, we will rectify the mistake with a return or exchange.
To initiate a return for earrings under these conditions, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
If your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All Sale and Sample pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return.
Shipping Fee: A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount for return shipping costs.
International Returns: For international returns, there will be an $18 fee deducted from the return amount to cover the return shipping costs.
